Border Decisions

It didn’t take long at all to piece the center of this quilt. The harder part is deciding which border fabric to go with.

Hmmmm…..

Have a good one!

About katyquilts

I am a wife, mom of four amazing kids, and a librarian. I have been making traditional quilts for ages but have ventured into art qulting in the last several years. I also love to knit socks and mittens and dye my own fabric. I am thankful to God my Father and Creator for the gift of creativity!

I love 2 or 3 the best. Can’t wait to see what you pick.

  2. Sorry, no help here. I love them ALL. The last one is most like the original, but I love them all!

The scale of all three border prints is rather large for the small quilt of small prints. But that was the style of yesteryear, wasn’t it? I like the red border best, #2.

  4. Julierose says:

My vote is for #2, also; i think it picks up both the blues and pinks beautifully…hugs Julierose

  5. Your choice, they all work! Lovely

  6. Melanie says:

    I vote for #2.

  7. Sandi says:

I like the first one best! Hugs,

  8. JanineMarie says:

I like 3 the most, followed by 1. 2 seems really bold, unless you use the back side?

  9. Wanda Hanson says:

I think #1 makes it most like the original.

  10. Kathy D says:

    #2 gets my vote.

  11. Judy Peterson says:

The 2 nd one , how about turning the bottom right block 1/4 turn .

    Although I do love #3, I think I MUST vote for #2~
