Slow Stitching Sunday

I am finally getting to the edge!

Still have a long way to go, but this feels like a milestone. I turned it over to revel in my progress and found this:

Ugh. It appears I’ve missed a few spots. This isn’t the only place either. 🙄

Oh, well. Moving along. Have a great day!

About katyquilts

I am a wife, mom of four amazing kids, and a librarian. I have been making traditional quilts for ages but have ventured into art qulting in the last several years. I also love to knit socks and mittens and dye my own fabric. I am thankful to God my Father and Creator for the gift of creativity!

Such nice quilting. I used to hand quilt most all of my pieces but not any more. I am afraid it will become a lost art in the future. I just hand quilted a small wall hanging.

I love seeing your handwork, Katy. Funny how a photo is helpful in finding little (or not so little) errors or omissions.
