I will be hitting a bit of a milestone soon. It seems that I wrote my first blog post on November 27th, 2008. TEN YEARS AGO! Crazy. I did take off about a year and a half in there, but still.
Anyway, I decided I would share some of my first blog photos with you.

Photo quality is really bad!
I was mostly doing improv work when I started blogging. I need to get back to that one of these days.
Anyway, I feel like I should celebrate this milestone.

I started my blog on 8/22/2008 so just a couple mo. before you! But I haven’t been active much for the past few months and I did take a yr or so away when DH was diagnosed and fight his brain cancer which he succumbed to in 2012. Just don’t have the zeal for it anymore, I guess. Congrats to you!!

Congrats on reaching your 10th anniversary of blogging, and I wish you many more! Your blog was one of the first I discovered, and I not only loved it for your talent with quilting, but more for the love you have for the Lord. We share that, and I’m grateful! Keep posting, Katy! wow-what a milestone & you are so faithful-you always ‘start’ my day. I remember those quilts so I guess that’s a double milestone for us both (didn’t realize its been so long!)
Congratulations on this milestone! It’s fun to look back and see what we were working on when we began blogging, and occasionally even all the way back to our first-ever quilted project. I suspect many of us don’t even have photos of those first projects.
