Today I’m sharing my second entry for the Blogger’s Quilt Festival hosted by Amy at Amy’s Creative Side. I made this quilt last spring for E3, my fifth grandson.
All the fabrics in the top were hand dyed by me. I really enjoyed free motion quick this!
It was fun to add little details in the quilting.
I used an older American Jane print for the back.
Make sure you head over to Amy’s Creative Side to discover new blogs and to see many wonderful quilts!
Have a great day!
What fun! Very cute.
Absolutely perfect quilt, in my opinion. Signed, a desert rat =)
so pretty!
This cactus makes such an adorable quilt!
Lovely dyed fabrics and your quilting motifs really add to the landscape!
Your hand dyed fabrics are gorgeous. I love the stars in the quilting. Nice quilt!
Just wonderful all around…the dyed fabric, the sahuaro cactus, the quilting.. It reminds me of growing up in Phoenix.
