More Minecraft

I’m having fun with these Minecraft blocks. Although, honestly, I’m not sure I would know what most of them represent without looking at the pattern! This one is supposed to be a cow.

A pig.

A character called Ghast.

Zombie.

That last one is not stained, I dribbled water on it. I needed some black Kona for the sashing so I picked that up from JoAnn’s and at the same time, I found this green for the binding and the black and green for the backing.

I’m feeling good about my progress. Four more blocks to go.

Have a good day!

WOWEE – those fabrics are just perfect for the backing and binding. Holy moly – you couldn’t have picked up anything better! ~smile~ Roseanne

  4. What fun – I think if you squint your eyes you can totally see the cow and pig – ha ha!

Your blocks look great! If I had a kid interested in Minecraft, I’d definitely be into making a quilt like that. I like the very graphic nature of the blocks. I think the quilt might end up looking like an abstract modern quilt.
