I wanted to get this top pieced last week, but I only got one portion of the top done.
I participated in the churn dash swap hosted by Barb. I’m thrilled with the blocks I got back! These will finish at 6 inches.
On National Quilting Day, this happened! I’m so excited that I won this fabulous lot from Moda!
Martingale had a great sale recently. I got each of these books for $6. They came today and I can’t wait to sit down and peruse them.
Though I spent a good chunk of the day on it, I didn’t get this done. I did start adding extra lines in the green and I like it much better this way.
One more border, the little black bits, and a good once over is all that is left to do. Maybe I’ll finish tomorrow?
Yesterday I picked up more QOVs to quilt , so I hope to finish this and get the first one of those loaded.

I made the quilt on the front of Civil War Remembered for a friend. It’s a beautiful quilt, but with lots of little pieces! Enjoy those books, they look like fun!
