Good thing this quilt is small as the quilting has been slow going.
Here is a look at the back.
This doesn’t technically have a deadline, but my hand stitching time is about to become severely limited.
Remember these two adorable grand dogs?

Daughter #2 is bringing them to Michigan for an extended stay! I can’t wait to see them. But I know I won’t be doing any handwork with doggies on my lap! My carpal tunnel will thank them!
Have a great day!

Even thought the quilting is taking a long time, it looks fantastic! Maybe you will get some stitching done while the dogs rest! LOL
Hi Katy,
Aww, fur babies are so worth the break from hand stitching. You’ll be nice and warm. I love the different directions of the straight line stitching in those two blocks. Lovely! ~smile~ Roseanne
Love seeing all those stitches! I like to use muslin on the back of quilts for the very reason you pointed out!
I like it when you can see the quilting design on the back. With patterned fabrics on the front of a quilt, it is sometimes hard to get the overall view of the design.
Beautiful quilting. They call it ‘slow stitching’ for a reason. 🙂
