I brought this charm pack with me.
I also had a charm pack of white squares. While the boys were napping the other day, I marked these for HSTs
I marked all the white squares and stacked them with prints. Then it was time to sew.
After stitching, I cut between the stitching lines and pressed them all to the dark. I brought my Bloc-Loc ruler and used it to trim these all to the same size.

This job really made me appreciate my die cutter! Making HSTs like this is not my idea of fun. But it is very accurate.
Time to go to the design wall!
Have a great day!

Oooo! Can hardly wait to see what you did with these! Hmmm…..maybe some solid charm packs are in my future??? Thank you for sharing….
I have a charm pack of print and one of white…and the bloc loc ruler. The charm packs have been gathering dust while I wait for inspiration. I’m looking forward to see what you do with yours. Thanks for sharing with us.
How big a center do you think this will make, Katy?
You know Katy, this is the method I used to cut my HST ! Lol !
I love the look of HSTs but usually stay away from them because they are not fun at all. I think I will check out this BlocLoc ruler.
HST’s are such a pain but I love the look. The bloc loc does make it a lot easier though!
I love the colors, I can’t wait to see what you do! Hugs,
I love HSTs but never enjoyed the trimming process. The BlocLoc was a game changer for me! Love the colors I’m seeing, and looking forward to seeing your design!
Love the bright prints. I can’t’ wait to see how you arrange them.
Now that the tedious part is done, you can have fun designing!
Can’t wait to see this one!
I’m excited to see what you come up with. I love HST’s.
Love the pretty green colour♥
