I love old quilts. The stories they could tell! Here are a few I spotted recently at a local antique mall.
This last one is my favorite. Do you think that “H” block was intentional?

I would like to think the H was intentional. The old quilt must of been loved by the looks of it…

I love them all…..but I do think I also like the first one the best….and, wouldn’t you love to know the history behind them all…. Like you said, “the stories they could tell”….thanks for sharing!!
My favorite is the first one – with the big red balls. It’s impossible to know which the H was intentional! It would be helpful to know whether H was in anyway a meaningful letter to the quilt maker.
