It is that time of year again! I love the Blogger’s Quilt Festival hosted by Amy over at Amy’s Creative Side. This is my entry into the Scrappy category…..my Scrappy Lattice quilt.
You may remember that I made this mostly from my stash of Denyse Schmidt scraps. I couldn’t bear to throw any of them away! I showed how I used my die cutter to create the scrappy rectangles for this quilt in this post . I also explain there how I drafted the pattern.
I had a lot of fun quilting all these feathers!
I used a solid on the back and I am glad I did! I really love how the quilting shows.
I hope you enjoyed seeing my Scrappy Lattice quilt! I loved every bit of making this. Hop over to the Blogger’s Quilt Festival to vote for your favorites!
Beautiful quilting 🙂
This is a great idea for using scraps, really cute and your quilting is really beautiful. Great job!
What a clever use of scraps and the quilting is simply gorgeous. Really like this idea, it’s great!
Your quilting is beautiful. Gorgeous. I love your use of scraps.
I love your scrappy quilt – especially the hour glass block at the junction of the lattice strips – great idea.

Just as I was thinking I needed to get rid of those scrapes, that are starting to swallow my little sewing room, thinking I’ll never get to use them in my lifetime, as I have so many others I want to make. LOL!!! Beautiful once again.
Wow, the quilting on this one rivals your other entry. You are so gifted, so talented. Good luck!
I love that you make the most of your scraps. This quilt is an awesome example of that. Your quilting is amazing, as always.
