Here’s a peek at what is on my design wall today.

I had originally planned to put all the red blocks in the upper left hand corner to give the impression of a flag. But I would need a lot more blue blocks and a lot less red. With this layout, I was able to use every block and not have any leftover.
I started with a bundle of 8 fat quarters and added the background fabric. You may remember that I had just enough left to cut out these HSTs.

I am using these for leaders/enders now. Here’s hoping I can get this top together today!
Linking up with Patchwork Times for DWM A Quilting Reader’s Garden for WIP Be Gone, and Cooking Up Quilts for MCM, and I Have to Say for Show and Tell Tuesday.

Nice job. I hope it is now sewn together….. progress forward is always nice, especially a very attractive quilt in the making.
I love your quilt! Hugs,
Wonderful traditional quilt, Katy. Isn’t it great when one has just enough. I invite you to link to WIPs Be Gone and show your progress.
