Here are the finished pics of the Noteworthy quilt.
I used a panto called Square Folded Diagonal from Urban Elementz. It is not easy to follow these lines and I thought I would hate it but the texture, especially after washing, is amazing!
After I was nearly done with this, I remembered these “Bookish” fabrics I had gotten from Connecting Threads a while back.
Since my cousin just graduated from school with a degree in library science, I think I should have used these fabrics for her quilt instead.
Hmmmm….

I love the quilting on that. I can see where it might have been confusing to execute. I think my head would have been spinning and my eyes permanently crossed after the first row! Nice job…
Wow! I just LOVE that! While the book fabrics would have been wonderful, since this is a wedding gift, the Noteworthy quilt will be just fine for the two of them … or you could just send it to me. ha!

You’re right the texture of the lines after washing is fantastic. But I have to say a panto with diagonal lines sends shivers up my spine!! How perfect are those book fabrics? Maybe a mug rug?
