Design Wall Monday

Not much sewing happened over the weekend. I did get the QOV loaded and ready to quilt

I also started throwing some bright triangles up on the design wall. I cut these with my 6″ HST die during my cleaning frenzy a few weeks ago.

I know, I have no business starting something else. This will eventually be a service quilt for our local shelter. I wanted to do something quick so I could practice more quilting using a pantograph pattern.
I am linking up with Judy at Patchwork Times. Click here to see what others are up to.
Lots of non quilting things to do today so I best get moving!
Until next time….

  1. Your QOV quilt is really nice! Did you just get a longarm, since you mention practicing with a panto pattern. I’ve had my HQ-16 for about 6 years, or is it 7 now? Anyway, I never could get the hang of pantographs. So I did a lot of ruler work and some freemotion. Got the Pro-Stitcher a couple of years ago – so that’s another tool for me to use on my quilts. Anyway, just wanted to say how pretty that quilt was! Have a great week!
