I finished the baby quilt finally. Just in time too as the shower was today! My daughter suggested I quilt it this way to resemble water or lily pads. Here is the front:

It is actually a brighter yellow than this shows but I took the pic sans flash to see the quilting better. The mom to be liked it!

I did realize while quilting this that I am very out of practice as far as my free motion skills go. I think I need to do a few whole cloth quilts or something to get up to speed! I am very rusty but I guess the baby isn’t likely to care much :).
