I was chuffed to bits to find these blocks at a yard sale last week. That made for a very quick project!

The curves were all hand appliquéd and the four block quarters were machine pieced.

I kept the quilting simple, but traditional.

I have no idea where this backing fabric came from. It’s amazing what appears in my stash!

If you recall, I was short three blocks. I used four patches in place of them. I think it adds character.

This finished at about 42 by 48 inches.
