My quilt for the panel challenge is done. It seemed a good place to use the ombré fabrics that I had.
I shopped the club fabric closet and found this cute print for the back.
I used these groovy boards for the quilting.
I love the texture it gives.
Our group gives these quilts to the local police department. They keep them in their squad cars to give to kids in stressful situations.

The ombre fabric works really well with the panel, and that backing is perfect! I like the groovy quilting, too!
That’s great use of a panel. The quilting gives lovely texture and adds to the cosy, friendly look of the quilt. I’m sure it will be a great and lasting comfort to the child who receives it.
