This was the day we brought him home.

I’m so sorry for you. Your hearts are sad but be glad in that you gave him the best life and love his whole life. I experienced the same grief a few months ago with my little Gidget. My dachshund, Cody missed her also. Because Cody was so sad, we adopted another sweet little rescue, Dottie. They get along well and Dottie has adapted nicely in her new “kingdom”.
