There has been less time than expected to sew on this trip, but we have done a ton of sightseeing!

I decided I needed a very small project that I could actually finish. So I got out these two bins of vintage fabrics. I really love my AccuQuilt dies and cutters for this!

Nope, this design isn’t working. If I were making a bigger piece, it might.

So I decided to try just building the framework with the solids.

Then I filled in with random prints.

Now they are ready to sew, if I get the chance!
