Quilt Museum Part 1

Mister Wonderful and I visited the Quilt Museum in Hamilton, Missouri when we went to Missouri Star.

It was wonderful! I took a lot of photos, so I’ll share in several posts. Look at these feed sacks with the labels still attached!

The quilting on this next quilt was unbelievable.

    so beautiful…I’m always fascinated by the hand stitching of those who have come before us…the maker lives on in each of those tiny stitches! Fun fabrics!

    I am intrigued by the one with small blocks and pink/white “sashing.” Can’t quite figure out how she did that, but beautiful effect.

    yum lots of eye candy….my fave is the blue stars with cheddar and green alternating squares…might just make a small of that
