Something New

I’ve had this layer cake for ages. I finally figured out what to do with it!

I confess, I got this idea from Wanda at Exuberant Color. She just got the big AccuQuilt Signature die and mentioned it was a good fit for a layer cake. These two dies, shown below, are from the 16” Qube.

Time to start cutting. Thanks, Wanda!

    Yes, the layer cakes are so perfect for this die. I’m cutting the ‘waste’ corners into triangles for a future quilt right away too.
