And it’s done! This fabric waited in my stash a long time to become a quilt! I love these colors together.
I ended up quilting with just straight lines, top to bottom.
I love the texture.
I’m trying to do more machine binding to save my hands.
I kept the backing simple with a solid cream I had on hand.
I’m pretty happy with this one. I’m sure I’ll find a home for it.

I hand stitched a small binding this week and paid for it the next day! Getting old stinks. I’m still not happy with my machine binding.
I’d be happy with it too….it’s wonderful! I, too, am starting to machine bind some of my quilts to save my hands. I’ve tried several techniques but haven’t quite settled one my go to one, yet. I’m getting better at it the more I do
