Finish It Up Friday ~ Feedsack Chain

I think this is one of the best little quilts I’ve made in a long time.

I started it on a whim using this lovely tangerine fabric and vintage feed sack fabrics.

As suggested by a sweet blog reader, I used the channel locks on my Gammill for the crosshatch quilting. Thank you!

I even found a perfect piece of vintage fabric for the backing.

I will be on the hunt for yards and yards of fabric the color of this solid background. I love it.

Have a great day!

  2. Cherie clued me in to your blog so I’ve started following. Cute feedsack quilt, I like the contrast of the orange with the prints. Love your scenic backgrounds! 😉

You always have the “best” background fabric colors. Who would have thought orange would look so right with those teals and greens?
