Finish It Up Friday ~ Improv Log Cabin

My improv log cabin is done.

I had intended to quilt a random grid, but ended up deciding to just add a few grids here and there.

A facing seemed like a more appealing finish than a binding for this piece,

It finished at about 37 inches square.

Have a great day!

Hello. At some point could you elaborate on “facing” a quilt please? I’ve heard this term a few times, no idea what it means, ha. 😳I enjoy your blog very much.DebDoyline, LA
