Oh, I made this project so much more difficult than it should have been!
It’s far from perfect, but it’s done. Thankfully, I know my sweet Mother in Love is a woman full of grace.
This ended up half quilted on the long arm, and half on my Bernina. Can you tell which is which?
I’m very out of practice on the Bernina, but I didn’t have tension issues on it. Turns out my long arm tension issues were due to my ignorance in threading.
I have one other project I will be working on for her and I’ll share that soon.

I had an opportunity to spend a couple of nights with Mim a few months ago. I slept under one of your beautiful quilts. Since she knew I loved to quilt she told me about your blog. Since we are both techno challenged, it was quite comical to see her helping me sign up for the blog. We were successful and I have been enjoying the blog ever since. Mim is a woman of grace and she loves her family.
