This and That

I stopped at a quilt shop in Taos, New Mexico when we were there. I fell in love with this panel, but I have no idea what I will do with it.

I already have some of this National Park fabric. Someday I will make a quilt for Dora with it.

This was a total impulse buy, but I love it!

Still working on these woven star blocks.

I found this case at Goodwill and couldn’t leave it. No machine inside, but it probably held a Singer Model 28.

Our plants were hit hard by the record heat this past summer. But this little flower vine not only survived, it thrived!

Remember the storage unit I picked up for my small studio dies? I found another one!

But this second one came with two sets of alphabet dies as well!

Have a great day!

Suggestion, surround that beautiful panel with pieced blocks of your choice, bringing out the colors in the panel. Possibly alternate surrounding with blocks, with a strip of fabric all the way around and then another bunch of blocks. I can see great things in its future!

That panel is gorgeous and I’m sure you will figure out what to do with it. I’m guessing that your impulse buy will figure in somehow.
