Slow Stitching Sunday

I decided to go ahead and hand quilt this little doll quilt. Jean was right, it was begging for it!

I’m starting by just stitching in the ditch.

Then I stitched in between those rows.

Now I’m trying to decide if I should add more. It’s a one inch grid now, should I go to a half inch grid? Hmmmm….

It’s very relaxing. I hope I can find enough of something for a binding.

Have a great day!

Hand quilting is such a relaxing activity! I have an almost completed quilt top that I think I’ll hand quilt. It’s been awhile since I’ve done that! Most of my quilts have a “deadline,” but this one is for me 🙂
