My very long strip started the day this way…
…..and ended up like this.
It measures about 64 by 72 inches. I’ll square it all up after quilting. Which will have to wait until we get back to Arizona.
At this point, I can’t decide if I even like it or not. But at least that bin is a little emptier.

I have a bin of these strips as well. It’s an uninspiring collection though, as I tend to use boring bindings. I was thinking of cutting them into rectangles and doing a potato chip style quilt top.
I did something similar with some sports themed fabrics, odd lengths, and ended up with the same dimensions as you did. I had some other variations, but I wanted to be done with it. Just got it back from the long arm quilter today.
