Finish It Up Friday ~ Pink Strippie

My pink strippie quilt is done!

I used leftover backing fabric for the binding.

Here’s is look at the back.

I’m really glad I finally used that pink fabric that I’ve saved for so long!

Have a great day!

The 1230 is a workhorse. Hope you can get it figured out. Love that pink; it’s perfect for those blocks. Quilting is beautiful.

Just to let you know, I have been sick since Christmas Day with Covid and then a head cold and I just can’t shake them. It’s starting to negatively affect me mentally. I am so grateful that you post each day as your post have become the highlight of my day! I can always count on seeing a post from you and it really cheers me up during this trying time!

    Thanks so much!

Really pretty! Can you talk some about how you quilted it? Do you use rulers to make the curves in the square blocks? I love your feathers. Do you quilt a wavy spine and then break thread before you feather down each side? I zoomed in as much as I could on your photo but can’t tell. Thank you!
