Covering the World: One Quilt at a Time is a pay-it-forward campaign. This year, AccuQuilt has partnered with Island Batik and Baby Lock – who are both also sponsors for the campaign – to encourage quilters to make a quilt and donate it to the charity of their choice. Each week, team members from AccuQuilt and Island Batik will create their own quilt to donate, too. Recipients of a donated quilt will receive a handmade gift that can comfort them and remind them to pass along kindness to others.

This week it is my turn to share a quilt that I am donating. Each year in my area, there is a local quilt show/auction to raise money for our local Habitat for Humanity chapter.
I made this quilt last year in a QAL hosted by Lori at Humble Quilts .

It seemed the perfect piece to give to this wonderful cause.

I hope someone loves this quilt as much as I loved making it.

Have a great day!

Your quilt is beautiful!! It is going to bring someone great joy! Hugs,
Katy, thank you so much for supporting the OSLC Quilt Auction. That was our church for many years and I’ve volunteered at the auction several times. I just donated a quilt to an organization up north that is supporting a Ukrainian refugee family.
