Quilty This and That

I went to my favorite fabric store out here this week. Sadly, flat folds have gone up to $4.99/yard. They had a great selection of solids though for only $3.99/yard.

I spent a day sewing with my sweet daughter in law and we finished piecing this top. It will be her first quilt and it is a gift for a friend. She did such a great job!

I listened to this book this week. I miss Alex.

I’m trying to decide what to do with these leftover triangles.

I have added all the white squares to the rectangles for this project. I think i will wait on further designing until I get back to Michigan.

    Your daughter in law has done well! Love that stack of fabrics, too! I miss Alex. I’ve been okay with the new emcees, so far, until Katie . . .

    She played in a nice way with light and dark.
