Getting Ready to Hand Quilt

I decided the little quilt I showed yesterday was the perfect project for hand quilting.

Unstitching the top from the back was a good project while watching the puppies outside.

Looks like it was hand stitched with huge stitches and then someone went back and machine stitched.

I hope to decide on my quilting plan and get it basted today.

Thanks to everyone for your sweet comments on our new pup, Willy. He and Winslow are getting along well.

So far, training is going well. Have a great day!

What gorgeous colors in that top… I nearly swooned at the close-up! It will be spectacular with your hand quilting.
