I’ve decided to go ahead with my sale of items found while cleaning and sorting in the sewing room. As you know, I’m a sucker for vintage UFOs, but things are a bit out of hand! Some if this stuff needs to find new homes. Sales and shipping only to the US for these items. Sorry to my non US readers! Also, prices do not include shipping. That will be calculated and added based on your location.
Lot 1 ~ This is a lot of 28 miscellaneous vintage quilt blocks. All different sizes and vintages here. Piecing quality varies. Some are pretty wonky. Great for study or small projects. $15 plus shipping. Sold!

Lot 2 – Fourteen Hexie flowers, plus ten more sewn together with the yellow border. Hexies are one inch finished size. My plan was to take apart the big piece and Appliqué all the flowers onto background squares. 1930-40s. Sold!

Lot 3 – Box Kite blocks, total of 21, approximately 8 inch blocks. Hand pieces. Wide variety of scraps. $12

Lot 4 – Sixteen Patch blocks. 14 blocks measuring approximately 10 inches. Some soiling. I think they will clean up just fine, but I would wait until they were finished to wash. Would look great with alternate chambray blocks. $12

Lot 5 – Damask napkin yardage in one continuous length. Each napkin is approximately 21 inches square. These have been folded for many years so I’m not sure if the creases will come out. No stains or marks that I can see. Six napkins total. I think these would be beautiful quilted up. Sold!

Lot 6 – Tree of Life Applique kit. Finishes at 79″ by 97″. Very clean except for mark on a fold line. Tobin No. 1492. Sold
Lot 7 – Paragon Cross Stitch Quilt Kit. No floss included. Some slight discoloration due to age. May wash out. Sold!

Lot 8 – 51 inch square, machine appliqué quilt top? Table cloth? I picked this up a few months back. The workmanship is beautiful, but I know I’ll never finish it. Sold!

Lot 9 – Vintage Feed Sack Quilt Top. Machine pieced, some staining, a few places where seams need to be resewn. It is thin. Approximately 68 by 83 inches. Sold

Lot 10 – 400 die cut tumblers, 4 1/2 inches high. All cut from Cotton and Steel collections. 4 each of 100 different prints. If sewn together, these would create a quilt top approximately 60 by 80 inches. Sold!

That’s all for now. Prices do not include shipping. Again, US Buyers only. I can take Payment via PayPal, money order, or check (will be held until it clears). If you would like to purchase any of these items, send an e-mail to me at Sew4given AT aol DOT com and include your zip code and the Lot needs bee that you are interested in.
