Time to look at my goals again. This is what I had planned to do in January:
1. Finish the grad quilt top. Done!

2. Finish the puzzle quilt top. Done! But I can’t show this one until it is gifted.
3. Start that top using my Quick Curve Ruler. Not done.
What else did I do?
I finished my Denyse Schmidt HST top.
I finished that blasted Shenandoah Stars top and will share that finish on a Friday.
I finished the Small Quilt Talk challenge Quilt.
Now to plan for February. I’m not sure how to even start! Daughter #2 should be home soon. My priority is to spend time with her before I head home sometime this month. I won’t buy my plane ticket until I see her at home! Too many things can change in the military!
Here are a few things I would like to get done this month.
1. I want to finish the top I’m making from these blocks. It will be a Quilt of Valor.

2. I had two of these jelly rolls and I have a quick and easy idea for using up the rest of this in another Quilt of Valor.
3. I plan to make a baby quilt top from these mini charm packs and some Kona gray.

After I get home, I want to quilt up a couple of the small tops I’ve made while I’ve been here in Arizona. I’ve missed my long arm, Harry. It is time for us to get reacquainted.
Have a great day!

I’ve so enjoyed watching your quilting adventures even when you’re not home you keep ’em coming! Praying a safe journey home for your daughter. 🙂
I cannot wait for you to post that your daughter has returned to US soil. God bless her and thank her for me when she does return home. I know what you’re feeling now, I’ve been there. Stay strong my dear!
Your achievements continue to amaze me…how do you do it?
Enjoy your time with your daughter when it comes..
Jolis patchworks mais j’aime particulièrement le “tapis de tasse” car les tons de rouges sont mes préférés.
Amitiés
You are going to be busy on the longarm for sure when you get home! How many quilt tops have you made while in Arizona? Quite a few!
Love your longarm machine’s name. Harry. If I had one, I’d name it Dusty – like the rest of my sewing room!
