Well, I got my laundry done yesterday! But I doubt you stopped by to hear about that. So on to the project progress. I finished quilting the second Comfort Quilt. I have no idea who pieced this top.
I have the last Comfort Quilt on the frame now. Again, I have no idea who the piecer is.

I also took the time to raise my frame yesterday. I’m trying to find that perfect height to make it easiest on my neck and shoulders. I asked around and watched a Jamie Whalen video on YouTube about it. It is a bit of a job to do, not something that can be easily changed. It seems really high right now but I am going to live with it for a while.
I finished the tree top last night!
I would really like to get this quilted this week, but we shall see. First, I have to get that last Comfort Quilt done!
Have a great day, everyone!

Good luck with your comfort quilts. I love the tree quilt. Can’t wait to see how you quilt it. Great job!
I invested in a Hydraulic lift as well. I don’t often change it (my backing bar hits my belly button) but if I am doing a lot of work from the back (pantos) I will adjust it.
I’m glad you pushed through with the tree quilt, are you beginning to love it again?
Katy,
When I purchased my HQ I invested in the hydraulic lift for the frame. A wise investment for me, expensive, but wise! Now if I could just find that perfect height for my sewing machine,,, I would prefer to stand, but raising it up that high makes it wobbly!! Oh well, one day I’ll figure it out.
May God bless the work of your hands
Luann
