I made some sewing progress yesterday but not as much as I would have liked. Do we ever? I got this top done except for borders:

If I add borders, I can get it up to twin size. This is what is currently needed at our local women’s shelter.
I also finished my blocks for the exchange.

And I worked on my Bargello quilt.

I started the quilting and quickly decided I didn’t like it. But I didn’t like this quilt enough to rip out the stitching and start again so I carried on. Blech. It’s okay. Just okay. Now I am trying to find a binding so I can call it done and put it away.

I also managed to get my laundry done, dinner made, and a bit of housekeeping taken care of.
Today I hope to get the little bargello beast bound before work. Linking up with Connie at Free Motion By the River for Linky Tuesday.

I think both of your quilts are beautiful and I’m like you…..always have several things going at the same time.
Great color combo on the woman’s shelter quilt. If you don’t like your Bargello, why not donate it too? It looks wonderful! But I understand when one doesn’t like her quilting, I was ripping out some stitches yesterday.
Well I think this one is anything but bluch….but can can understand what you mean. It would make a beautiful charity quilt…so bright and cheerful! Glad to know I’m not the only one who does three things at once!! Love the woman’s shelter quilt too. THanks for sharing Katy!
