Wednesday when I got home from work, there was a special package waiting for me. Remember Jan who generously sent me the 30’s quilt? She did it again! This time she sent me 15 of the most beautiful blocks! Here are a few:
Aren’t they amazing? I cannot believe yet that she would send them to me. I want to drop all my other projects and work on these! I already have ideas for setting and quilting them. The workmanship is lovely but they do vary a bit in size.thats okay with me. I have a plan to work around that.

oh my goodness!! Lucky you! My husband has a quilt made with great granny blocks, and it is falling apart. I’m planning on making another quilt with the same pattern one day. LOVE these!

Great blocks with colorful vintage fabrics. I would want to start on them also as they are yummy and inviting.
