I finished making blocks with the solids jelly roll. I didn’t use the white strips, they just looked too stark. I will probably make a few more blocks out of my stash so this will end up the right size for Quilts Beyond Borders. I have been playing with layouts but I think I like this best.

I will use a solid gray for blocks in between. This will be a great top for practicing machine quilting.
We had a wonderful Easter. Here are Daughters #1 and 3.

And my son sent me these photos of himself with Baby L.

We got to Face a time with them yesterday. He is getting so smily!

The pics are priceless! Thanks for posting them!
I can’t wait to see your quilt with the gray! I just love that picture of your son and baby L making the “oooooooh” faces to each other! You have such as sweet family.
I enjoyed the wonderful pictures of your very attractive family. Your son looks like he’s enjoying being a dad. 🙂 The quilt reminds me of those Little MisMatched stockings I buy for my granddaughter. haha
I love the look of your quilt. And you seem to have such a happy family. Lucky you!
Great use of solids. And, I love the photos of son and grand baby. Too too cute. Looks like you had a great day.
Beautiful family! They all look so much like you!
