I got one album block finished yesterday morning before work.

And the next one ready to sew.

If I have something like this laid out and ready to go, I am more likely to make one before work each day. Little by little, this will get done!
While out in Arizona, Daughter #2 got me hooked on the show Lost. I realize I am very late to this party but I am enjoying it nonetheless. While watching with hubby last night, I got some work done on my hexies.
Before I go, just wanted to say thank you for all the kind comments you all left while I was out of town with my new grand baby. I apologize for not responding to each one as I like to do. It was just one thing too many to juggle at the time. I do appreciate each and every one that visits my blog!
Linking up with Lee at Freshly Pieced for WIP Wednesday.

I love your album quilt blocks and the colors you chose. I’ll look forward to seeing more of them as you make them.
Hi Katy, you left a comment on my blog, with a question. I couldn’t answer it there, since you show up as a no reply blogger. It was in regard to Kathy’s Civil war quilt. You wanted to know the thread I used. It was a thread brand called Rainbows from Superior threads. The colour name was Almond Bark.
I love those album blocks … such delightful fabrics! Ditto the hexies … I need to get mine out … I had hoped for much more time with mine over the weekend.
Welcome home! I’m sure you’re going to miss snuggling with that baby! It had to be hard to say goodbye.
Love, love, love the album block! Coincidentally, I just watched “Lost” for the first time myself (Netflix). I did a marathon through all the seasons in short order. I loved it.
