We arrived back home yesterday morning after an overnight flight from Phoenix. I started unpacking and going through mail but really didn’t accomplish much other than a nap!
While I was gone, I did finally come up with an idea for my HMQS Quilt of Valor Challenge. Here is a sneak peak.
I ordered more coordinating fabric and have more diamonds to cut.
These are large 60 degree diamonds so the piecing should go fast once I get started. Good thing too as this quilt is due in Utah the beginning of April!
Back to work today and this will be an extra long week to boot. Time for coffee!

That’s a great pattern. Is it hard to do? Good luck on your April finish! If it was mine it would have to be an April 2015 finish.
