I am still enjoying the Arizona sunshine! It is beyond glorious! Thanks to a fellow blogger, Christine from Triangles and Squares, I found a fabulous fabric store here in Phoenix!

It is called SAS Fabrics and what an experience! The have piles of designer fabric remnants and I had a blast digging through it all. So much so that I would like to go back this week!
I am still snuggling with our little guy.

Hi Katy. So glad I told you about this place, I knew you would love it! Thanks for the shout out. I’ve been MIA for awhile, but hoping to get caught up soon. I was actually in Phoenix that night you messaged me, it was a less than fun family emergency trip. I didn’t even get to SAS this time. I feel like I lost the lottery every time I don’t go there before leaving lol. You will have to check out the one on 19th Ave too some time 🙂
awww little boy and little girl, super sweet! And I’m a lover of the spark plug fabric too, great find!
Love the tire/spark plug piece!
We just got settled in after our move to Phoenix and I haven’t found a fabric shop yet. Now I know where to look – thank you!
Hey there….did you need more ideas of where to go shopping? Or is that too much time away from those babies? I forget if you are in Scottsdale, but there is Sew From the Heart, which lets you look at new Berninas, near the Salt River Fields baseball stadium. It is near a Michaels, a Hobby Lobby and a Goodwill….and a Home Depot and a Petco. But SAS is a blast. Glad you got to go..
Score on finding the fabric! I can imagine a quilt containing those fabrics … What a wonderful memento of this special time!
I am enjoying all your pictures of you all with the new baby and the fur child! :). Finding a quilt shop is icing on the cake.
