Snowy Sunday

Our church services were cancelled this morning due to the weather so we are staying put! Perhaps the Farmer’s Wife will find some borders today. Daughter #2 made it back safely to Arizona before the storm hit. She sent me these pictures.

Apparently the bed I made for the grand dog was a hit!

I saw this verse this morning:

Her family has warm clothing, and so she doesn’t worry when it snows. Proverbs 31:21

Stay warm and safe!

About katyquilts

I am a wife, mom of four amazing adult kids, and a former librarian. I love making everything from traditional quilts to art quilts. I am thankful to God my Father and Creator for the gift of creativity!

Adorable pics. It is in the mid to upper 30s today in western New York. However, I did throw a cover over my dog last night as she was laying on the kitchen floor because she looked cold. Temps will drop to 1 degree by Monday night and we will wake up to 7 degrees by Tuesday morning, so they say. Too bad I only have one dog because it will definitely be a 3-dog night Monday!!

  2. Our church cancelled services today … no matter because we had absolutely no ntentions of getting out today. 😉 Hope you get some stitching done today.
