Happy Sunday!

I got a bit of work done before church this morning. I finally got this QOV loaded and I am pondering how I will quilt it.

I also got halfway through my next set of 6 blocks for this quit. It won’t take long to finish this set.

And I thought I would leave you with this:

Katy, photos are beautiful. We had a very strong wind yesterday and last evening and when I got up this morning the trees are bare. Isn’t God good. Only by his hand could this have happened so fast.

  3. Beautiful photos – both the quilts and trees!

Katy – I’m new to your blog, this is going to sound strange I’m sure, but I felt some sort of connection to the above pictures, couldn’t figure out why, other then beautiful. I’ve seen fall pictures before and love them. But as I read some of your other posts I now know why. I grew up in Lansing and lived there for 25 years and lived a year in Traverse City. I moved to Oregon about 32 years ago. Then moved to Arizona 12 years ago now live in Arizona – Fall in Michigan is nothing like I’ve seen anywhere else. My fathers family originiated from Canada and lived in the Bay City area (last name was Jean). Just a tibit of info.

By the way thank you for your responses to my questions to the Leader Clamping system you tried. I am going to try it too.

That’s a great photo of your lovely featherweight sitting atop the old porcelain table with the little antique dishes nearby. It’s a blast from the past.
