Design Wall Monday

After way too much indecision, I finally started working in the setting for this QOV.

I got the rest of my pieces for the top cut also.

I also got a couple bibs and burp cloths made for the new grand babies.

The one on the right is for my new grandson who is due on Valentines Day. The one on the left is for my new grand baby due to Daughter #1 and dear SIL in June! I can’t believe I get two in one year!

The other night, I cut some of my Denyse Schmidt stash into hexies with my studio cutter.

Don’t they look beautiful all stacked up?

Even the trimmings are beautiful!

I am heading home to Wisconsin later this week to visit my folks. So much to do before I go!

I am linking up with Judy at Patchwork Time for Design Wall Monday.

I find that sometimes the settings are the hardest to plan. That is especially true when I am doing either a sampler quilt or a BOM, mostly because I never want to set mine the same as anyone else. 😉

Of course all your projects are wonderful, but I really enjoy pictures of scraps! Thanks for sharing!
