Only time for a quick post as I have a very busy day ahead. Here are some QOV blocks I have been working on.

They are 10″ finished and all bits are cut with my studio cutter. I love that thing!

I was accumulating quite a pile of red, white, and blue scraps and thought this looked like a great scrap pattern. I will make 20 blocks and sash them with a navy solid.
I hope to get these hand sewn to a couple finished QOVs today also.

I work this morning, have my sewing time with my young friend this afternoon, and Life group for church tonight.
Time to get moving!
BTW, I am linking up with Kelly for Needle and Thread Thursday. Check out what others are working on.

Hello Katy,
A beautiful quilt in the making – lovely fresh colours, such nice shades of red and blue. I always admire quilts with nice bright white. I never use white because I’m scared of getting it grubby.
Love from England,

Kudos to you for making QOV quilt! I have led a couple campaigns for a quilting group. Each would make a block and send it to the one who volunteered to sew it together. It is so rewarding. Some quilt recipients will actually send a thank you! Your blocks are quite lovely! Someday I am going to invest in a cutter. Which one do you have?
these blocks are great Katy! I’m looking forward to seeing them altogether!
I’m so happy you shared at Needle and Thread Thursday!
