I couldn’t sleep this morning so I got up and made the binding for a Quilt of Valor and stitched it to the quilt. I hope to get the hand sewing done today.
I am also still working on the hand quilting of this little quilt.

Hi. Just wanted to tell you how much I like the little quilt you are hand quilting. I believe that the blues in your quilt are indigos and the lighter colors look like shirtings. Your little quilt might be older than the thirties. More like turn of the century, but I would have to see them to be sure. Both fabrics have been around for along time. Just thought you might like to know when dealing with your quilt!! Have fun stitching!!
