Lots of painting this weekend! The guest room has gone from this:

There is much more to be done but the projects in mind are more fun than painting over the orange!It took three coats tocover that wall. One coat on the rest since I stayed with the same yellow. I have been shopping my house for things to go in here. I tried this:

Nope, too new. But I have some wonderful vintage bits here and there that I will use. I will show you those treasures when the room  is all done. I also have this:

My hubby bought me this at Ikea years ago to display some of my doll quilts. It has been in my closet for ages. Time to make it look old. Hope to show that finished project tomorrow.
I also started playing with these:

They would make a great little quilt for my doll bed.

Not that I need one, I have dozens! But this room will be an opportunity to use a number of quilts that have been in storage.
