    Diane, it was so beautiful there! I took some mountain pictures as well but you just can’t capture the majesty in a snap shot. They were so amazing!

  2. I love these textures! I also hope to see a finished piece, with these textures as inspiration. I find my digital pictures lead me into my work.

    Gorgeous! Just enough to make me tear up with homesickness. I could have used more pix of the mountains, though, that is what I really miss. Thanks for sharing these, I’m glad you found the beauty in the desert; some people don’t understand the attraction.
